Here we will Tour the valley of Constanza, passing through a patchwork of neatly cultivated vegetable fields. The Valley of Constanza is like a large farm, producing flowers, vegetables and fruits, such as potatoes, cabbage, garlic, strawberries, raspberries, apples, coffee and a variety of other crops. Its climate allows it to produce a large amount of the country’s gross domestic products, as it is the third largest producing area of the Dominican Republic.

During lunch we will learn to make a delicious Rustic Sancocho Stew, one of the Foodie’s favourite dishes in the Dominican Republic. .Sancocho is one of the dishes that take a lot of time and patience to make, but the result is worth the labour, you can add or subtract any meat of your preference. This fully loaded and powerful stew really  hit the spot o a rainy day or cool days in Constanza

In the afternoon we will arrive in Jarabacoa, Place where the water flows.” Nestle in the heart of the Central Mountain range valley, at an altitude of 525m above sea level and very close to Pico Duarte, the highest elevation of the Caribbean with 3.087m above sea level. You will feel like time is standing still in this warm beautiful village!

Day 6 Snorkeling in Cayo Arena

Those who take the boat trip to Cayo Arena (Paradise Island), one of the most beautiful  beaches in the Caribbean, never forget the time of the first visit  to the coral Islet in the middle of the ocean. There is time for sun tanning, swimming and snorkelling to admire a myriad of colourful fish and take underwater photographs and videos. this Islet is just off the amber coast in Puerto Plata, it has unique coral reef and is excellent for snorkeling. From Punta Rusia, a local and friendly guide will take you on a short boat ride equipped with your favorite beverage and snacks to enjoy pure natural cay surrounded by white sands, crystal-clear turquoise waters, red rock formations and a circled coral reef in the middle of the sea.

On the way back we’ll visit the National Park of Montecristi with its lush green mangroves, lagoons, a lot of wildlife and birds. A guide will explain about the forms of nature. Then enjoy a tasty lunch at a beach-front restaurant in Punta Rusia, a small untouched fishermen village. After having lunch at the restaurant

Day 7 Puerto Plata

This is where visitors can easily immerse themselves into the cultural diversity and learn about the legacy groups that immigrated and settled in the city since the 16th century. Puerto Plata is also known by its Victorian  architectural style that blends the old style colonial era within the urban developments. Puerto Plata is located in the North coast of the Dominican Republic and nestled between the Atlantic Ocean an Isabel de Torres Mountain, visitors can take a cable cart ride up to glance at the surrounding panoramic view of the Puerto Plata city and the Atlantic ocean.

We will point out few places of interest to visit during the rest of our City Tour. Despite all the natural, cultural attractions that Puerto Plata has to offer, there is an important attractiveness  that draws people in,  which the city is also well known for, it the human appeal, kindness, courage and harmony that the people transmit to make our visitors stay more enjoyable.

In the Afternoon we will visit Cabarete; the most calming, relaxing and recharging place that you’ll have ever been to, this water sport Mecca was at first a huge windsurfing destination and now it is one of the world’s best kite boarding destination. We will make a stop at the Dudu Blue Lagoon NP, once inside the complex you can relax and enjoy the surrounding. Take a walk down the stairs to the refreshing clear waters, where you can swim inside the caves or dare to take the zip line dive – taking you from the rim to about halfway across the natural pool, where you let go and drop into a 150 – 200 feet diameter limestone circle. The local guides provide a life jacket for the zip-line drop (Must bring a change of clothes). You can also jump from the cliff – that’s about a 40′ drop.

We will visit Playa Grande (Grande Beach,) a very easy drive from the Dudu National Park. This beach is the perfect blend of solitude and services. The beach is wide and powder soft from the tree line to the water’s edge. Playa Grande looks like it’s off a postcard or out of a shipwreck movie! You can partake of as much service or as little as you like. The little typical huts have attendants, who are available to bring  you a table, chairs, beach lounges, order you drinks and even serve fresh caught seafood. Remember to stretch, play, relax and enjoy the clear blue water of the Ocean. Shortly after our typical beach lunch we will head towards Las Terrenas; located on a very long sandy coast, interrupted only by small mangroves and rocky areas in the North East coast of the Dominican Republic. Las Terrenas stands out for having enough stretches of beach for tourists, characterized by its tranquillity and paradisiacal views, such as Bonita and Coson beach. Due to the presence of numerous beautiful beaches with white sand and transparent waters, the small fishing village has become a small tourist town where you will have free time to experience how the local build their craft and the local way of life at your own pace and enjoy some nightlife.
