Discover Bachata Music and Dance; this traditional Dominican dance creates joy, positive vibes, and therapy. Dancing Bachata is a way for Dominican people to connect with others and integral part of their daily lives. In this tour and festival, you will be immersed in a living experience of the Dominican people and taste a beat of its culture and its people, including learning Bachata and dancing with the locals. You will experience an incredible cultural and dance vacation while visiting eight diverse cities and towns that will give you a taste of this beautiful country.
We will have a total of 16 hours of workshops, divided into 6 days of the 10 days established in the program of the BACHATA TOUR & FESTIVAL 18 – 28 August 2022, where they will learn all the necessary techniques and knowledge of how Dominicans dance Bachata, thus achieving at the end of all the courses a Mastery and own and natural understanding of how to dance a Bachata correctly, as well as we will briefly teach them in one of these Merengue and Bolero workshops since like the Son in the Dominican style, they are beneficial and essential to have a good mastery and fluency when dancing BACHATA, The musical and dance genres mentioned are families of Bachata and keep certain relationships culturally speaking.

We will meet you at 3:30 at the Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ.) Providing a ground transfer to the city of Santo Domingo, where we will start our excellent Bachata Tour and Festival program. You will stay the first four days at a local, elegant and comfortable Hotel Boutique. After feeling comfortable in your rooms, relaxing, and some Free Time chooses a local restaurant to grab a bite and mingle with the group. Tonight you will begin your journey and join us for a Welcome Party. We will experience the nightlife in the heart of Santo Domingo, and we will go to our first traditional party during the Night Excursion.
Early breakfast service at the Hotel Boutique in Santo Domingo will prepare you for the fun day ahead. Our Bachata Workshop Registration starts at 10:30 Am. At the end of the workshop, We will point out a few local restaurants in the area, where you can choose to eat lunch at or spend your Free Time exploring the most interesting historical and cultural sights in the Colonial District of Santo Domingo. In the afternoon, we will hop on a unique Bonche Bus experience. This excursion will take you through a series of exciting neighbours and important sights to learn more about the culture and traditions of the Dominican Republic while enjoying a great variety of Dominican music and ambiance. For the nightlife, we will go to a Concert Party among the locals.
Early breakfast service at the Hotel Boutique in Santo Domingo will prepare you for the fun day ahead. Our Bachata, Bolero, Merengue Workshops starts at 10:30 Am. In the afternoon, you will have Free Time to spend with the group exploring the lunch options within walking distance or visiting the most interesting historical and cultural sights in the Colonial Zone of Santo Domingo. Tonight, You will experience the traditional and cultural nightlife in what we call “Baño de Pueblo” A Dominican-style Town Bath, Colmadon Crawl, popularly known in the English language as “Pub Crawl or bar hopping,” which consists of going to the places that Dominicans like to go dancing and it is in the Colmados, where they dance, eat and drink at the same time. it is very traditional in our nation when it comes to going out for fun. Tonight we are preparing a Gala And Romantic Night Fiesta that includes: a typical and traditional Buffet Dinner, and a private concert of Bachata and Bolero.

Today we visit Bocachica, one of the most famous among the locals and popular beach towns in Santo Domingo. You will experience dancing and enjoying the beach just as the locals do. We delight in our diverse dishes in our typical and traditional lunch at the beach while enjoying Dominican Gastronomy and Culinary Arts. Get ready for tonight as we are going to a popular and attractive Outdoor Local Concert Party, where we will be dancing with all Dominican locals.

We leave in the direction of Bonao City, where we will be enjoying a unique and exclusive experience in the Fula De Bonao River. Here you will experience having lunch uniquely and traditionally for the locals who visit the Fula River and eat while having the dining area inside the river. Also, you will dance with the locals on the river club terrace, among other unique and exclusive experiences in this beautiful place. Tonight, there will be Free Time, as some of us may need to recover from the fantastic river trip and look forward to the transfer to Las Terrenas tomorrow. In case of an energy boost when we arrive back in Santo Domingo, we suggest some places to have fun and show your new moves.
Today we have an early transfer towards Las Terrenas, located in the Samana Peninsula in the North-Eastern part of the Dominican Republic. Early breakfast service at the Hotel Boutique in Santo Domingo will prepare you for the fun day ahead. After we arrive at the cosmopolitan town of Las Terrenas, we will take you to your hotel, and a local guide will point out where to meet up for a Welcome Lunch. In the afternoon, you will have Free Time to ask any questions about the town of Las Terrenas and be led to your top point of interest. In the evening, we will join the Traditional Bachata Workshop before the Popular Night Party at one of the most popular clubs of Las Terrenas, where we will enjoy a great experience dancing all night with the Dominicans and enjoying the Show and animation by the local dancers.

You will experience lunchtime within the premises before taking you back to the hotel, where you will have free time to enjoy its premises and get ready to choose with your group where to go for dinner and the Nightlife Dance Excursion. Today you will explore a different ecosystem while exploring the outdoor adventure of Salto Al Limon. This Excursion is a fascinating natural place, where we will immerse in the middle of nature. At the end of this tour, we will like a beautiful Natural Waterfall that descends from one of the mountains. Nightlife Dance Excursion. From the several dance places that Las Terrenas offers to experience local dancing, you will choose the one playing your favourite songs or do a crawl through all of them to experience diversity. The exciting thing about this is that wherever we go, the Dominicans will be present to dance with us; this is apart from our group of dancers, who will also be with us.

Today, we start The Bachata Evolution Workshops and continue to share our Dominican culture knowledge. Lunch will be outside the hotel, and after everyone is satisfied will continue with our Second Workshop in the afternoon. Today is a Beach Day, meaning that we deserve a Beach Party, as usual at all parties, a variety of traditional and authentic dance styles.

After the workshop and enjoying some free time, we delight in the diverse dishes in our typical Dominican Gastronomy and Culinary Arts that Las Terrenas offers. After lunch, we will experience the traditional and cultural “Baño de Pueblo,” A Dominican-style Town Bath, Colmadon Crawl, where we will spend some time dancing the Bachata in the afternoon. Tonight, we continue the party, and we will have the following activities for you: A spectacular night with Dance Contest, Animation, and Show and dancing with the locals.

Since it is a tradition to buy some gifts, souvenirs or tiny details to take back to your family and special friends, today, we have decided to leave this last full day in Las Terrenas to enjoy some Free time. You deserve it! Enjoy this day to go to the beach, go shopping, relax, and organize yourselves, and your trip, among other personal activities you may have.
